Good Morning Green Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
4 Cups Greens - Kale, Spinach, Mixed Greens or the greens of your choice!
2 Cups Unsweetened West Soy Milk- or milk of choice
1 Banana - fresh or frozen
1 Cup Berries of choice - fresh or frozen
Truvani Vanilla Protein Powder or Plain Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Mix until completely combined and enjoy!
Makes two servings - share it with a friend or save one for tomorrow!

Plain Greek Yogurt 0% Fat - I like Fage & they make a lactose free version! Oikos Vanilla is a great option if you like flavor. The goal - high protein, low sugar (less than 5g/serving).
Cottage Chese
Good Culture is a great brand and has a lactose free option as well. Look for minimal ingredients when choosing your brand!
Organic Oats
Bobs Redmilll Organic Quick Rolled Oats are my fave but any organic quick oat will do. Be sure to add your protein before your heat them up!

Turkey Sausage / Sweet Potato / Avocado
Turkey Sausage Patties
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground turkey or chicken
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for oil.
Divide meat into 8 even balls and form into patties
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
Cook sausage until browned on one side, about 3-5 minutes, then flip and brown on the other side

Air Fryer Smoked Paprika Sweet Potatoes
Dice sweet potatoes into 1 inch cubes
Drizzle lightly with olive oil
Add Smoked Paprika
390 Degrees for 14 minutes in the Air Fryer - shake halfway through

Ingredients
2 Pasture Raised Eggs
⅓ cup Organic Egg Whites or Cottage Cheese (or both!)
2 Corn Tortillas
Optional Add ons: pre-cooked ground turkey, avocado, salsa, tomatoes, cheese, black beans, scallions
All Purpose Seasoning or S&P to taste
Spray Olive Oil
Instructions
Add eggs & egg whites and/or cottage cheese to a bowl with spices and mix
Scramble to desired texture
Heat corn tortillas on a pan or in microwave for 15-20 seconds
Layer eggs & toppings into tortilla & enjoy!

Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
2 bananas, peeled and mashed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
Topping ideas: fresh fruit, organic maple syrup, chopped nuts
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
Heat and grease a cast iron pan or griddle over medium heat. Pour the batter onto the greased pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with desired toppings. Enjoy!
Easy Egg Bites
Ingredients
Olive Oil Spray
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
12 large eggs, lightly beaten
*Optional: Egg Whites
Salt & Pepper to taste, add Crushed Red Pepper if you like it spicy!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Prepare twelve muffin cups by coating them with spray. Set aside.
Add egg whites for extra protein!
Combine almond milk and eggs in a medium bowl. Add Spices.
Fill muffin cups with veggies
Add egg mixture over veggies
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of egg cups comes out clean, and the eggs are set.
